Fantasy series "Wizards Beyond Waverly Place" brings the magic and nostalgia back to Disney!
Wizards Beyond Waverly Place is a fascinating new family sitcom that premieres October 29, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern with a two episode release on Disney Channel.
This series is a sequel to hit series Wizards of Waverly Place that ran for 4 seasons on Disney Channel starting in 2007. The original series followed a family of wizards living in Greenwich Village who own a neighborhood sandwich shop. It mainly surrounded wizard siblings Alex and her brothers Justin and Max Russo as they navigated through life pretending to be be ordinary mortals. Audiences loved the series as this coming of age episodes involved the young wizards training, dealing with teenage drama, and learning how to harness their magical powers.
Now an adult, Justin Russo who has chosen to lead a normal, mortal life with his family has been tasked with a big favor by his sister Alex. His wife Giada and 2 knuckle head sons Roman and Milo don’t know much about his wizarding lineage and now the past has come knocking at his door.…literally.
Justin’s sister Alex brings a new and powerful young wizard named Billie to his home seeking help, Justin realizes he must dust off his magical skills to mentor the wizard-in-training, thus beginning a whole new level of calamity and chaos in the Russo household.
