Granite Harbour, the British police procedural drama series set in Aberdeen, Scotland is based on an idea by Adriel Leff & Kul Muhay. Granite Harbour Season 2 premiered on BBC Scotland on Thursday, May 2nd, 2024 at 10pm and on BBC One on Friday, May 3rd, 2024 at 8pm.
Season 1 follow former sergeant in the Royal Military Police, now detective Davis Lindo, and his partner DS Lara Bartlett work to solve murders throughout Aberdeen.
The show stars Romario Simpson as DC Davis Lindo, Hannah Donaldson as DS Lara ‘Bart’ Bartlett, Dawn Steele as DCI Cora Macmillan, and Bhav Joshi as DI Jay Mallick.
In season 2, the team investigate this new drug sweeping the city while trying to figure out what happened onboard the ship. Audiences were entertained as this thrilling police team investigated more fatal cases with dark consequences in the granite city’s criminal underworld.
Granite Harbour has officially been renewed for season 3!

The new three-part series, which will film in Aberdeenshire and Glasgow later this year, is a co-commission between BBC iPlayer, BBC Scotland and BBC One. It will be written by Rob Fraser, Ciara Conway and Writers Guild of Great Britain award-winner Jillian Mannion.
The third series sees Sgt Davis Lindo and DCI Lara ‘Bart’ Bartlett (Hannah investigate a suspicious death in the travelling community at an estate on the outskirts of Aberdeen. As the investigation gets underway, Lindo and Bart must navigate a complicated cross-community romance which uncovers a complex past.
