The film follows main character Grace who has recurring dreams about a handsome stranger named Michael due to a mix-up in Dream Central. No matter what, she keeps dreaming about him. However, when they finally meet in real life, Grace is surprised to find out that Michael has no idea who she is.

The film stars Skyler Samuels and Kapil Talwalkar. Skyler Samuels plays the role of Grace in My Dreams of You. She is known for her role as Chloe King in ABC Family’s Nine Lives of Chloe King, which earned her a Teen Choice Award for Breakout Actress. She also starred as a series regular on Fox’s The Gifted.
Kapil Talwalkar portrays Michael in the movie. He is known for his role in the independent drama Paper Flowers. Other notable cast members include Tom Everett Scott, Karan Soni, and Olivia Liang.
