"Mythic Quest" on Apple TV+ is back with new challenges and workplace shenanigans in Season 4.
Comedy series Mythic Quest is back for it’s fourth season on Apple TV+. Created by Charlie Day, Megan Ganz, and Rob McElhenney, this funny comedy is now back! The series first premiered on February 7, 2020. It follows a fictional video game studio that produces a popular massively multiplayer online role-playing game called “Mythic Quest”.
After a long hiatus, ahead of the highly anticipated return, Apple TV+ shared several images and the first 5 minutes of season 4 episode 1 just days before the premiere on January 29, 2025.
With wry humor and unconventional workplace dynamics, this satirical comedy will give audiences an abundance of hearty laughs as the dysfunctional chaos that seems to work for the team at the company continues to ensue.
The Season 3 finale that aired in January 2023, saw the team members of this workplace comedy moving in new directions after a series of financial woes and setbacks.
Mythic Quest‘s fourth season officially premiered with two all-new episodes on today, Wednesday January 29, 2025. One new episode will then drop weekly on Wednesdays through March 26, 2025.
Now that everything has settled down from last season, everyone is focused on trying to come up with new, innovative, and unique ideas for gaming in hopes to keep the revenue coming in and increase the companies finances. In an ever changing tech and AI based century, their pursuits come with an abundance of challenges, chaos, and general workplace shenningan’s.
In addition to the forthcoming fourth season, Mythic Quest‘s spinoff anthology series Side Quest will debut in March 2025 with four episodes. The expansion of the universe explores the personal lives of those outside of the company like players and fans who are impacted by the game in an anthology format. The series will also include some of the employees outside lives. The show will stars McElhenney, Anna Konkle, Derek Waters, William Stanford Davis, Bria Henderson, Rome Flynn, Leonard Robinson, Gary Kraus, Annamarie Kasper, Esai Morales, and Shalita Grant among others.
