Netflix debuts several trailers during live audience “TUDUM” showcase along with participating cast members!

Netflix’s star studded live audience “TUDUM” event kicked off last night live from California. The event is a Netflix production with red carpet, live panels, interviews, and theater showcases plus performances in front of a live audiences. Stars, musical performers, and exclusive looks at the most anticipated shows and movies of the year were all a part of “TUDUM”.
“TUDUM” was hosted by Sophia Carson and streamed live from the Kia Forum, starting at 8 PM ET | 5 PM PT on Netflix last night May 31, 2025. Private parties, interviews, and more lead up to the big live audience showcase.
The event had cast members from the studios hit series and films like Fred Armisen, Isaac Ordonez and Jenna Ortega from hit series Wednesday, Lee Byung-hun, Park Sung-hoon, and Lee Jung-jae from Squid Game, Oscar Isaac from new film Frankenstein, Noah Schnapp, Caleb McLaughlin and Finn Wolfhard from iconic series Stranger Things, Lovie Smith from smash hit YA series Forever and many many more in attendance at the event. Not only were star power actors be in tow, there were many of the creatives behind the lens, as well as other high power Hollywood entertainers! Cast members from other notable series and movies like Kerry Washington and Outerbanks alum were present at the star studded event.
For example, at the spectacular event, Jenna Ortega joined Lady Gaga during her performance of “Abracadabra”. The first 6 minutes of Wednesday Season 2 were released as well as a major surprise! Lady Gaga will guest star in Wednesday Season 2 Part 2 as Rosaline Rotwood — a legendary Nevermore teacher who crosses paths with Wednesday.
Wednesday season 2 part 1 will be released August 6th, 2025 and part 2 will arrive September 3rd, 2025.
Stranger Things 5th and final season premiere dates have finally been revealed. First, the synopsis for the final season of ‘STRANGER THINGS’:
“The fall of 1987. Hawkins is scarred by the opening of the Rifts, and our heroes are united by a single goal: find and kill Vecna. But he has vanished — his whereabouts and plans unknown.

Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery, the newest Benoit Blanc whodunnit from Rian Johnson. It premieres December 12 on Netflix. The film is set to star Josh O'Connor, Mila Kunis, Josh Brolin, Glenn Close, Andrew Scott, Cailee Spaeny, Daryl McCormack, Jeremy Renner y Kerry Washington
Tudum attendees also got a sneak peek of the new Ben Affleck and Matt Damon crime thriller The Rip, which will be released in 2026.
Frankenstein, a film by Guillermo del Toro, is on Netflix this November. Based on Mary Shelley's 1818 novel Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus, the film stars Oscar Isaac, Jacob Elordi, Mia Goth, Felix Kammerer, Lars Mikkelsen, David Bradley, Charles Dance, and Christoph Waltz.
The official trailer for Squid Game Season 3 was also released, it is set to premiere June 27th on Netflix.
Happy Gilmore 2 starring Adam Sandler released its official trailer. The film will be arriving July 25th on Netflix.
One Piece Season 2 debuted its teaser at TUDUM also. Based on Eiichiro Oda’s beloved manga and subsequent anime series One Piece, Netflix’s live-action series follows Luffy and his crew on a perilous journey to find the legendary fabled treasure, One Piece, and become King of the Pirates.

Tony Tony Chopper arrives in One Piece Season 2, debuting on Netflix in 2026.
One Piece Season 2 will set sail on Netflix in 2026 with actor Mikaela Hoover joining the live-action series as the voice of fan-favorite character Tony Tony Chopper.
Along with Lady GaGa being added to the cast of Wednesday, actor Haley Joel Osment will join the cast of Wednesday for Season 2.
