That 90’s shows is a reboot which follows the blueprint of That '70s Show. This show is filled with witty and quirky banter, comedy, coming of age trails, and youthful adventures during the peak of the 1990’s. Set 15 years after That 70’s show, viewers are introduced to the home of Red and Kitty as the series chronicles the daily life of their granddaughter, teenager Leia Forman (played by Callie Haverda) as she navigates teenage life, family dynamics, and all of the uncertainties and angst that come with being an American teen in the summer during the 90’s. This family dramedy is filled with That 70’s show references, call backs, and even guest star appearances.
Last season we saw Leia go on a journey of self discovery as she left Chicago to visit her grandparents in Point Place, Wisconsin during the summer of 1995. Leia is sometime awkward, witty, smart and filed with plenty of teenage snarky banter. In season 1 Leia met a bunch of kids in the area, the audience watched as she struggled to find her place with her peers. After many obstacles, funny adventures, emotional moments, and moments filled with family support, Leia begins to find her footing and place where she belongs. She meets and becomes close with her new friend Gwen. Gwen becomes a huge support system. Their friendship and close bond is one that lasts all the way until Leia is back in Wisconsin hanging out in her grandparents basement in season 2 which kicks off the summer of 1996.

That 90's Show (Netflix) Season 2 of That 90’s Show has 8 episodes that premiered on June 27, 2024 on Netflix. It’s now 1996 and Leia Forman is back in Point Place for another summer of fun with her friends and grandparents, Kitty and Red. It’s been 9 long months since Leia left, taking many secrets and memories of first love and teenager wonder with her back home to Chicago. However, she’s now back with her friends and how long those secrets will stay hidden is uncertain. If or when the truth finally comes out, relationships will be threatened, friendships will be at stake, and the summer will be on the verge of ending for Leia before it even gets started.
