Fx’s critically acclaimed hit show The Bear just dropped a new poster and season 4 release date!
The Bear Season 4 will debut all 10 episodes on Hulu starting June 25 at 5 p.m. PT / 8 p.m.
No official trailer has been released as of yet, but check out the new poster for season 4 that just dropped today while we discuss season 3 and what we hope season 4 serves audiences.
The chaotic, emotional, and funny, restaurant workplace-centric dramedy has been highly award for several years now. Last season, the series changed pace, causing both fans and critics alike question if the show has lost its steam or the edge that made it so successful early on.
Season 3 of The Bear not only served up a slower, choppy pace for the series, it also changed the character dynamics between many on screen fan favorites like Chef Sydney (Ayo Edebiri) and Jeremy Allen White’s character Chef Carmy Berzatto (known as SydCarmy by online fan shippers). Other characters like “Cousin” Richie (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) who instantly became a moniker and fan favorite in season 1, known for his crassness and emotionally immature nature, was more polished, less impulsive at times, and even professional in the workplace last season.
However, season 3 did have it’s fair share of appetizing scenes and episodes. Overdue and much needed dialogue between embattled mother Donna Berzatto (Jaime Lee Curtis) and daughter Natalie “Sugar” Berzatto (Abby Elliot) was emotional and honest, resonating with audiences and making the show’s portrayal of difficult family dynamics relatable yet again. In season 3, episode 6 titled “Napkins”, directed and co-written by Ayo Edebiri, the authenticity of motherhood, forgotten dreams, financial obligations, and the cycle of life came to life through the remarkable portrayal of Tina, played by Liza Colon-Zayas. Season 3 did stay true to form by using flashback scenes and comedy to connect viewers to the current emotional state and personality attributes of many of the characters who work at or frequent the newly established fine dining restaurant, “The Bear”.

As the story continues to unfold, characters are facing big decisions, the financial status of the restaurant is fluctuating, and the past has come back to haunt Carmy, bringing up old traumas and emotions…here’s to hoping that season 4 of The Bear re-sharpens their knives and delivers a well prepared feast throughout the 10 episode season, premiering June 25, 2025 on Hulu.
