“Stranger Things” Heads Towards Its Series Ending Finale In Epic Style!
The 5 season epic sci fi series Stranger Things is drawing to a close with its 8th and final episode of Season 5. The series ending episode debuts on December 31, 2025 and it’s titled ‘The Rightside Up”.
As the group of friends barrels toward uncertainty, and the fight against the Upside Down and Vecna continues, Stranger Things is gearing up for an explosive finale. One that the show's creators, Ross and Matt Duffer, couldn't help but tease. "It's Stranger Things. We gotta go out in a big way," Ross divulged (Per TheMirror.com).
Season 5 (Part 2) is set in the fall of 1987 as the town of Hawkins faces its greatest threat. The final chapter will feature action, twists, and an epic showdown with Vecna!

The first season debuted on July 15, 2016, making this series almost a decades long sci fi staple. The Duffer Brothers developed Stranger Things as a blend of investigative drama and supernatural horror with childlike wonder, infusing references to the popular culture of the 1980s.
