Turner Classic Movies (TCM) Memorial Day marathon features classic films that explore the themes of war, military service, and the lives of veterans.
As people around American gather around to pay remembrance to those in uniform who paid the ultimate price for freedom. This Memorial Day weekend, families across the country will gather to celebrate the legacy of the brave members of the United States military branches who fought and died to protect and serve their fellow Americans.
This year's TCM selection includes films like "The Best Years of Our Lives" (1946), "Till the End of Time" (1946), "Homecoming" (1948), and "Coming Home" (1978), according to Military.com and the official TCM schedule. The marathon also features a range of films about World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War, including "Merrill's Marauders" (1962) and "Sergeant York" (1941).
