Their strained relationship sets the tone throughout the entire movie. Filled with twisted, dark, and thrilling scenes, Echo Valley is harrowing and eerie. Echo Valley was filmed in various locations within New Jersey, USA. Notably, Hunterdon County and Morris County were used as filming locations. While the story is set in Pennsylvania, New Jersey served as a stand-in for the state.
