From executive producers Stephen King and Jack Bender (FROM), The Institute is an eerie new sci-fi series based on the novel of the same name from veteran horror writer and creator Stephen King.

The show follows the story of teen genius Luke Ellis, who is kidnapped and awakens at The Institute, a facility full of children who all got there the same way he did and who are all possessed of unusual abilities. In a nearby town, haunted former police officer Tim Jamieson has come looking to start a new life, but the peace and quiet won’t last, as his story and Luke’s are destined to collide.
Not to mention, the locked down facility is run by the creepily mysterious Ms. Sigsby who brings a dark yet cynical aura to all those that she encounters.

The Institute is executively produced by Stephen King, Jack Bender, Benjamin Cavell, Gary Barber, Sam Sheridan, Ed Redlich.
