The The Perfect Couple debuted all 6 episodes on September 5, 2024 on Netflix. The series follows the nuptials of Benji Winbury (Billy Howle) and Amelia Sacks (Eve Hewson) which is supposed to be the wedding of the year. The ceremony is tucked away in the wealthy and beautiful backdrop near the water in Nantucket. The mother of the groom, Greer Garrison Winbury (Nicole Kidman) has done everything in her power to make sure that this event is one for the ages and that the ceremony goes perfectly and smooth. However, the perfect weeding weekend is over before the ceremony even starts, due to the unforeseen and mysterious demise of one of the guests.
This guest (no spoilers) has a close relationship to one of the “oh so in love” duo that is ready to walk down the aisle, and this death is what starts off a harrowing tale filled with suspense, mystery, and lies.
As the story unfolds, questions arise surround the death, relationships, and whereabouts during the certain points in time and foul play seems to be on the menu during the weekend wedding of the year.
